The problem

Most ad accounts aren't broken.
They're un-operated.

The accounts we audit don't fail because of bad targeting or weak creative. They fail because nobody owns the operating rhythm — the audit, the naming, the weekly loop, the attribution reconciliation, the cohorts.

The work that compounds is boring. It looks like SOPs and dashboards, not hacks. This playbook is what twelve years of running that work — across hundreds of brands and over a hundred million in spend — has compressed into.

How it works

Five stages. One operating loop.

01

Install

The 30-day onboarding rhythm. Audit, baseline, hypothesis stack, naming conventions, dashboards. Day one to first decision.

02

Acquire

How we plan, brief, launch and learn from creative on Meta, Google and TikTok — the cadence, the scoring rubric, the templates we copy weekly.

03

Operate

Daily, weekly and monthly loops. Pacing, anomaly detection, audience overlap, attribution reconciliation. The boring stuff that compounds.

04

Scale

When to push, when to hold, when to consolidate. Budget reallocation rules, scaling thresholds, fatigue diagnosis, expansion playbooks.

05

Retain

What happens after the click — Klaviyo flows, post-purchase, AOV, LTV cohorts. The bit most agencies pretend they own and almost never do.

Twelve modules · four bonuses

What you actually get. Open it and use it tomorrow.

From the operators using it

What people say when no one's selling them anything.

Frequently asked

The questions before you buy.

What exactly do I get?

Twelve numbered modules plus four bonuses, delivered as a structured workspace — each one is a written playbook with the templates, dashboards and decision trees we run on. Lifetime access, every update included.

Is this a course or a system?

It's a system, written down. There are no talking-head videos. Every page is something a buyer can act on the same day — formats, thresholds, queries, briefs, rubrics.

Will it work outside D2C?

Most of it is account-agnostic — audits, naming, scaling math, attribution, the weekly loop. The Klaviyo stack and the LTV cohorts assume ecommerce.

I'm a solo operator, is this for me?

Yes — the modules are built so one person can install them on one account. Most of our agency hires use them that way for their first 90 days.

Do you offer a refund?

Thirty days. If the audit module on its own hasn't paid for the playbook by then, write to me and I'll refund. No forms.

Who is this not for?

Pre-revenue brands, anyone looking for a quick-win trick, or anyone who doesn't already run paid traffic. This is operating discipline, not a hack.

What's the team behind this?

Boring Commerce — a performance marketing agency operating 500+ brands and over $100M in ad spend. The playbook is the internal SOP, edited for outside use.

Who this isn't for
  • Pre-revenue brands looking for a launch trick
  • Anyone who wants done-for-you without doing any of the work
  • Teams that won't change their naming conventions
  • Operators who think attribution is solved by one platform
